The documentary film EYES AND EARS OF GOD (OČI IN UŠESA BOGA)

Tomo Križnar, together with the humanitarian coordinator of the Darfur rebels, Suleiman Jamous, and the founder of the H.O.P.E. organization, Klemen Mihelič, delivered more than 400 cameras to volunteers in the war zones of Sudan between 2009 and 2012. This film depicts the effects of this humanitarian campaign and how the cameras can be more powerful than weapons since they provide evidence of genocide against the peoples of Sudan to the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Based on his own experience and discussions with the indigenous peoples of the area, the world traveller and humanitarian worker Tomo Križnar has written two books about the situation in Sudan: Nuba: Pure People and Oil and Water. He has also made three documentaries: Eyes and Ears of God – Video surveillance of Sudan, Dar Fur – War for Water, and a short documentary Blue Nile – Sudan.
