The documentary film NUBA: VOICES FROM THE OTHER SIDE (NUBA: LJUDJE Z DRUGE STRANI)
This is a documentary about a humanitarian expedition in 2010 that, in the midst of the biggest offensive by the Sudanese army, dared to cross the border on its own account and without permits to reach the victims of the longest lasting war in Africa. The documentary footage was illegally shot and tells the story of the people from the other side and their struggle to survive constant attempts to exterminate them because of the interests of capital. This film informs compassionate people about the genocide that the native African tribes in the barely accessible and besieged Nuba Mountains in the middle of Sudan have been facing since 1985. Five carriers were killed during the filming of this documentary.
